The 10Bet Lions have been bolstered by the return of their Springboks, Quan Horn and Morne van den Berg, ahead of their Vodacom United Rugby Championship round two match against the Ospreys in Johannesburg.
After their narrow win over defending champions Leinster in Round one, the Lions will be looking for a better performance from their side as they look to keep their momentum at the start of the season.
Both Van den Berg and Horn were involved in the Springboks loss against the Wallabies in Perth and will be itching to get onto the field again. Both will start from the bench for the Lions, with Boeta Chamberlain and Nico Steyn starting at fullback and scrumhalf respectively.
There was some bad news though, as SA A midfielder Henco van Wyk has been ruled out after getting a head knock in the early stages of the Leinster game. Van Wyk has been withdrawn this weekend, but it opens the door for SA under-20 midfielder Ethan Adams to start in his place.
There are also swaps for Springbok Sevens flanker JC Pretorius, who starts ahead of Siba Mahashe in a rotational move, while Siba Qoma replaces Batho Hlekani, who is out of the matchday 23 this week.
Chris Smith starts at flyhalf, after signing a contract extension for three years this week to stay on at the Lions.
